Return and Refund Policy

 This Return & Refund Policy applies to all original artworks, prints, and products purchased through Viktamna Gallery. Due to the high value and delicate nature of art, 

our policies are defined with utmost care.


 

1. General Policy — All Sales Final (Except Damage Cases)

A. Final Sale Items

All purchases of original artwork, custom commissions, and limited-edition prints are final and non-refundable.

Refunds or returns are only considered if:

  • The artwork/products arrive damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

 

B. No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • Change your mind

  • Feel the artwork doesn’t match your space

  • Misjudge size, color, or framing

Customers are responsible for verifying product details, dimensions, and colors before purchasing. (Note: Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.)


 

2. Damage Claim — Limited Exception

A refund or replacement is only considered if the product arrives damaged during transit.

A. Crucial 24-Hour Reporting Window

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

B. Claim Eligibility Requirements

To process a damage claim, you must provide:

  • Immediate notification within 24 hours

  • Clear photographs of:

    • Damaged artwork/product

    • Frame (if applicable)

    • Outer shipping box/packaging

  • Order Number & Proof of Purchase

⛔ Claims reported after 24 hours become invalid due to courier/insurance rules.


 

3. Refund & Resolution Process (7-Day Timeline)

If your damage claim is approved, we will notify you with the resolution.

A. Resolution Options (At Our Discretion)

We may offer one of the following:

  • Full refund (including original shipping), OR

  • Replacement print/product (if available)

B. Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiation: within 7 calendar days of claim approval

  • Refund reflects in original payment mode within 5–7 business days

  • Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the amount

Additional Note

We offer a 2-day return window only for damaged or defective products.

Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.


 

4. Return Shipping (For Approved Cases Only)

If the damaged item needs to be returned (as required by insurance), we will:

  • Provide return instructions, and

  • Cover return shipping and for that license required
